Your worst day? Our Wednesday.

HomeServe Now is like a food delivery app, but for home repairs. Simply book an appointment, message with a pro, accept a quote, and make a payment – all on your phone, from the comfort of your couch. No apps to download. No need to talk to someone on the phone. And unlike some home repair platforms, HomeServe Now supports you through the entire home repair process. We even provide a one year guarantee. Terms.

Every job is backed by our Make-it-Right Guarantee. Terms. Simply contact us, and we'll work with your pro to correct it at no additional charge. If we still can't resolve it, we'll refund the full price you paid. We also require the pros in our network to provide a 12-month guarantee for most jobs. So you're doubly covered.

For many jobs we'll give you an estimated price range prior to booking an appointment. A pro will then visit your home and provide a quote. You'll approve the job and price before any work begins. There is no charge to get a quote – if you don't want to move forward, you won't owe anything.

Yes. Once you describe the issue, we'll match you to an Authorized HomeServe Now Pro. Before you book an appointment, you'll be able to see the pro's ratings and a summary of their reviews.

You can reschedule or cancel at any time. You won't owe anything – no fees or charges.

No. HomeServe Now offers on-demand jobs, with no subscription or membership required. If you already have a plan from HomeServe, covered repairs continue to be handled through your plan's normal claims process – HomeServe Now is for one-off jobs outside of that.
